Designed for use in battery-powered or high voltage sys- n LT3014BHV Survives 100V Transients (2ms) tems, the low quiescent current (7µA operating) makes n No Protection Diodes Needed the LT3014B an ideal choice. Quiescent current is also n Adjustable Output from 1.22V to 60V well controlled in dropout. n Stable with 0.47µF Output Capacitor Other features of the LT3014B include the ability to operate n Stable with Aluminum, Tantalum or Ceramic with very smal output capacitors. The regulators are stable Capacitors with only 0.47µF on the output while most older devices n Reverse-Battery Protection require between 10µF and 100µF for stability. The device is available as an adjustable device with a 1.22V reference voltage.
