A fi xed frequency, current mode n 5000:1 True Color PWMTM Dimming Range architecture results in stable operation over a wide range n LEDs Disconnected in Shutdown of supply and output voltage. n Internal Schottky Diodes A single external resistor sets the LED current for all sixteen n 2MHz Switching Frequency channels, and dimming is then controlled for each chan- n RSET Pin Sets Master LED Current nel by pulse width modulating the individual PWM pins. n Typical Effi ciency: 92% LED current accuracy is 7%, channel-to-channel current n Open LED Detection and Thermal Protection matching is ±4% and the PWM dimming range is 5000:1. n 56-Pin 5mm × 9mm × 0.75mm QFN Package The part is available in a 5mm × 9mm × 0.75mm 56-pin QFN package.
