• Output Noise: 27 µVRMS, 10 Hz to 10 kHz
(1.024V) The MCP1501 is a buffered voltage reference capable
of sinking and sourcing 20 mA of current. The voltage
reference is a low-drift bandgap-based reference. The
bandgap uses chopper-based amplifiers, effectively
reducing the drift to zero.
The MCP1501 is available in the following packages:
• 6-Lead SOT-23
• 8-Lead SOIC
• 8-Lead 2 mm x 2 mm WDFN Package Types
