Pin Number Type Function
GND 14 GND. Connect to GND plane near pin. OB2 15 Bridge B output 2 Foot point of bridge B. Connect to GND directly, or via a sense BRB 16 resistor, if external current measurement is desired. OB1 17 Bridge B output 1 Bridge supply voltage. Provide filtering capacity >10µF near pin VS 18 with shortest possible loop to GND pad. OA1 19 Bridge A output 1 Foot point of bridge A. Connect to GND directly, or via a sense BRA 20 resistor. Exposed Connect the exposed die pad to a GND plane. Provide as many as - die pad possible vias for heat transfer to GND plane.
