Description
 8-bit I2C-bus GPIO with Interrupt and Reset The PI4IOE5V9554 and PI4IOE5V9554A provide 8 bits of  5V Tolerant I/Os general purpose parallel input/output (GPIO) expansion for I2C-bus/SMBus applications. The device includes features  Polarity Inversion Register such as higher driving capability, 5V tolerance, lower power  Active LOW Interrupt Output supply, individual I/O configuration, and smaller packaging. It  Low Current Consumption provides a simple solution when additional I/O is required for  0Hz to 400KHz Clock Frequency ACPI power switches, sensors, push buttons, LEDs, fans, etc.  Noise Filter on SCL/SDA Inputs The PI4IOE5V9554/PI4IOE5V9554A consists of an 8-bit  Power-on Reset register to configure the I/Os as either inputs or outputs and  ESD Protection (4KV HBM and 1KV CDM) an 8-bit polarity register to change the polarity of the input port register data. The data for each input or output is kept in 
