The BM63 module is built around Microchip
Note:
The UI and DSP tools are available for Technology IS2063 SoC. The IS2063 SoC integrates download from the Microchip web site at: the Bluetooth 4.2 dual-mode radio transceiver, Power www.microchip.com/BM63. Management Unit (PMU), crystal and DSP.
