Pin Number Function Description Interface Schematic T 1, 2, 6 - 19, M This pin may be connected to RF/DC ground. 23 - 25, 27, N/C Performance will not be affected. S 29, 31, 32 - S These pins and package bottom must be 3, 5, 20, 22 GND connected to RF/DC ground. R IE This pin is AC coupled 4 RFIN and matched to 50 Ohms. LIF P This pin is AC coupled 21 RFOUT and matched to 50 Ohms. M A E Power Supply Voltage for the amplifier. External bypass 30, 28, 26 Vdd1, 2, 3 capacitors of 100 pF and 2.2 µF are required.
