A C Voltage Zero Cross Detection IC BM1Z102FJ BM1Z103FJ General Description Key Specifications
This IC outputs the AC voltage zero cross timing VCC Input Power Supply Voltage Range: detection and the DC voltage after diode rectification with -0.3 V to +29.0 V high accuracy. VH_AC1 and VH_AC2 Pins Operation Voltage: By eliminating the need for photocoupler and external 600 V (Max) components required in conventional applications, it is VH_DC Pin Operation Voltage: 600 V (Max) possible to reduce the number of parts drastically and Circuit Current at Standby: 50 µA (Typ) realize compact and highly reliable power supply Circuit Current at Operation: 160 µA (Typ) applications. In addition, this IC can reduce standby Operating Temperature Range: -40 °C to +105 °C power largely in comparison with an existing photocoupler control.
