MOC306x DESCRIPTION
The MOC306x Series are optically coupled isolators consisting of a Gallium Arsenide infrared emitting diode
1 Anode coupled with a monolithic silicon detector performing
the functions of a zero crossing bilateral triac
2 Cathode mounted in a standard 6 pin dual-in-line package.
