DESCRIPTION FEATURES TS2937 of fixed-voltage monolithic micro-power voltage ● Dropout voltage typically 0.6V @ Io=500mA regulators is designed for a wide range of applications. ● Output voltage trimmed before assembly This device excellent choice of use in battery-power ● -18V Reverse peak voltage application. Furthermore, the quiescent current ● +30V Input over voltage protection increases on slightly at dropout, which prolongs battery ● +60V Transient peak voltage life. This series of fixed-voltage regulators features very ● Internal current limit low ground current (200uA Typ.) and very low drop ● Thermal shutdown protection output voltage (Typ. 60mV at light load and 600mV at APPLICATION 500mA). This includes a tight initial tolerance of 2%, ● Post Regulator for SMPS extremely good line regulation of 0.05% typ., and very ● Industrial Instrumentation low output temperature coefficient.
