ETR33027-001a 6 V, 1A Ultra-Low Power Load Switch IC ■ GENERAL DESCRIPTION The XC8115/XC8116 series are load switch IC with an integrated Pch MOSFET. As protection functions, it incorporates thermal shutdown, short-circuit protection, and soft-start (inrush current prevention). The soft-start time can be adjusted using an external capacitor. By applying a voltage to the EN pin, the IC can be set to stand-by mode. The EN pin input logic can be selected as either active-high or active-low. The XC8115 series integrates a CL discharge function. The VOUT pin quickly returns to the VSS level when in stand-by.
