The QPX0252 is Qorvo’s latest CMOS X-band beamforming IC optimized for advanced phased array radar systems operating in the
7.9 to 12 GHz range
. The IC supports 4 antenna elements, with dual beam receive and multiple Tx/Rx modes selectable via SPI. The device
integrates with Qorvo FEMs and Bias Control ICs
, offering full bias control, sequencing, and telemetry in a compact FC-CSP package. The QPX0252 delivers high output power
