GaAs PHEMT MMIC LOW NOISE AMPLIFIER, 1.7 - 2.2 GHz Pin Descriptions
Pin Number Function Description Interface Schematic 1, 4, 5, 7, 9, No connection necessary. These pins may be connected to N/C 12, 14, 16 RF/DC ground. Performance will not be affected. T 2 RFIN This pin is AC coupled and matched to 50 Ohms. M S - E This pin is used to set the DC current of the amplifi er 8 Res by selection of external bias resistor. IS See application circuit. O N 11 RFOUT This pin is AC coupled and matched to 50 Ohms. W LO - Power supply voltage. Choke inductor and bypass 13,15 Vdd2, Vdd1 capacitors are required. See application circuit. S R IE These pins and package bottom must 3, 6, 10 GND be connected to RF/DC ground. LIF P M A
